Sophia Hamada
General Manager
Sophia Hamada is the dedicated Studio Manager at The Vital Stretch Freehold, bringing a warm, people-first approach to every part of the client experience. With five years of experience in the health and wellness space—including a foundation in massage therapy and a natural transition into leadership—Sophia understands the importance of creating an environment that supports both healing and growth.
Certified through NASM, she’s developed a deep appreciation for how the body works and what it truly takes to help people feel their best. She’s passionate about building real connections, fostering curiosity, and being part of a space where physical and personal transformation go hand in hand.
Outside the studio, Sophia loves taking long walks with her dogs, diving into a good book, or indulging in some well-deserved retail therapy. Her calm energy, genuine care, and commitment to wellness help make The Vital Stretch Freehold a place where clients feel supported, every step of the way.

Nicole Janny
Vital Stretch Practitioner
Nicole Janny is a dedicated Vital Stretch Practitioner at The Vital Stretch Freehold, with a deep passion for movement, connection, and helping others feel their best. A certified personal trainer and NASM Stretch & Flexibility Coach, Nicole discovered her love for fitness and wellness during the pandemic. What began as a personal commitment to health quickly evolved into a fulfilling career centered on guiding others toward greater comfort and confidence in their bodies.
With over five years of experience in personal training, she now specializes in assisted stretching to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and support overall well-being. Her approach blends movement with mindfulness, creating space not just for physical improvement, but for mental clarity and emotional reset.
For Nicole, the magic is in the connection—getting to know each client’s unique needs and helping them find what works best for their body and lifestyle. Every session is an opportunity to support someone’s journey toward feeling stronger, freer, and more balanced.
Outside the studio, you’ll find her lifting weights, hiking new trails, or relaxing at home with her cat, Daisy. Her energy, care, and curiosity make every stretch session feel personal, purposeful, and empowering.

Jayson Lee
Vital Stretch Practitioner
Jayson Lee is a dedicated Vital Stretch Practitioner at The Vital Stretch Freehold, bringing a strong foundation in athletic performance, movement, and education to his work with clients. With a Master’s degree in Athletic Leadership, a double major in Marketing and Sports Management, and a NASM Stretch & Flexibility Coach certification, he combines knowledge and hands-on experience to help people move with more freedom and confidence.
His background includes an internship with the Strength and Conditioning program at Rider University, where he worked closely with athletes to improve power, mobility, and technique. He’s also served as an Athletic Specialist at a summer camp, organizing sports activities for kids of all ages, showcasing both his leadership and love for movement.
As a former Division I track and field jumper, he understands what it takes to perform, recover, and stay mobile. His approach to stretching blends performance insight with personalized care, aiming to support each client’s unique goals—whether that means relieving tension, improving flexibility, or simply feeling better in their body.
Outside the studio, you’ll find him practicing calisthenics, playing basketball, or creating gaming content with his brothers for their TikTok and YouTube channel, CNoteGaming. His energy, passion, and dedication make him a dynamic guide on anyone’s path to better movement and wellness.
