Sophia Hamada is a dedicated Vital Stretch® Practitioner at The Vital Stretch® Freehold, where she brings a warm, people-first approach to every session. With five years of experience in the health and wellness space—including a foundation in massage therapy—she knows the value of creating an environment that supports both healing and growth. Certified through NASM, she’s developed a deep appreciation for how the body works and what it truly takes to help people feel their best.

Passionate about building real connections, she sees stretching as more than a physical practice—it’s a way to foster curiosity, create space for transformation, and help clients feel empowered in both body and mind. Her calm energy and genuine care make every session not just about movement, but about support and self-discovery.

Outside of the studio, she enjoys long walks with her dogs, getting lost in a good book, or indulging in a little retail therapy. She brings that same balance of focus, curiosity, and joy into her work, helping make The Vital Stretch ® Freehold a place where clients feel cared for every step of the way.

Nicole Janny is a dedicated Vital Stretch Practitioner® at The Vital Stretch® Freehold, with a deep passion for movement, connection, and helping others feel their best. A certified personal trainer and NASM Stretch & Flexibility Coach, Nicole discovered her love for fitness and wellness during the pandemic. What began as a personal commitment to health quickly evolved into a fulfilling career centered on guiding others toward greater comfort and confidence in their bodies.

With over five years of experience in personal training, she now specializes in assisted stretching to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and support overall well-being. Her approach blends movement with mindfulness, creating space not just for physical improvement, but for mental clarity and emotional reset.

For Nicole, the magic is in the connection—getting to know each client’s unique needs and helping them find what works best for their body and lifestyle. Every session is an opportunity to support someone’s journey toward feeling stronger, freer, and more balanced.


Outside the studio, you’ll find her lifting weights, hiking new trails, or relaxing at home with her cat, Daisy. Her energy, care, and curiosity make every stretch session feel personal, purposeful, and empowering.

Alisa Zabotka is a dedicated Vital Stretch Practitioner® at The Vital Stretch® Freehold, where she brings a wealth of experience in personal training, coaching, and working with individuals of all ages and abilities. Certified as a Personal Trainer, NASM Stretch Practitioner, and 200-hour Yoga Alliance Instructor, she combines her expertise to create sessions that challenge, support, and empower each client.

She is passionate about helping people reach their full potential—physically, mentally, and emotionally—while encouraging them to honor their bodies and listen to their inner cues. Her approach often incorporates mindful breathing techniques, helping clients leave each session feeling more open, relaxed, and ready to take on the day. For Alisa, The Vital Stretch® is the perfect platform to continue inspiring people from all walks of life to embrace their best selves.

Outside the studio, she lives her passion for movement through triathlons, marathons, and yoga teaching. She has completed five Ironman races and numerous marathons, including the Boston Marathon. Having found her way into the fitness industry later in life, she believes wholeheartedly that it’s never too late to chase your goals—and she loves helping others do the same.
